For me, it’s all about celebrating you-your story, your journey, the things you love about each other and everything you have to look forward to. I love reimagining old traditions, giving them a fresh twist so they reflect you as a couple, not just ticking boxes.<\/p>\n

Think of my ceremonies like a group of great friends coming together-sharing stories, enjoying the moment, and having fun. No stiff formalities, no boring clich\u00e9s. Just good vibes, laughter, and a beautiful sense of connection.<\/p>\n

Booking, requirements & deposit<\/h3>\n

If you feel we’re a good fit, please reach out via our contact page, and we can get the ball rolling!<\/p>\n

I’ll send you a Client Kit<\/b> that outlines everything you need to know-\u00a0 from what you can expect from us,\u00a0 legal paperwork requirements, ceremony & music considerations, our T&Cs, and payment info.\u00a0<\/p>\n

To secure your date, we require a non-refundable booking fee of one-third of the total invoice. From there, we’ll keep in touch and plan to meet around 6 months before your wedding<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Ceremony Planning<\/h3>\n

About 6 months out, we’ll meet to get to know each other,\u00a0 share stories and build your ceremony together.\u00a0 I’ll ask questions, make suggestions, and guide you through the process so it feels easy and meaningful. If not already completed, we’ll also begin your legal paperwork.<\/p>\n

By law, the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)<\/b> must be lodged at least one month before<\/b> your wedding day-don’t worry, we’ll allow plenty of time, and ill provide you with all the info you’ll need to get that done.<\/p>\n\t

Draft ceremony and questionnaire<\/h3>\n

After our meeting, I’ll create your ceremony draft and timeline<\/b> so you can see everything laid out and check details like names and timings. I’ll also send a short questionnaire<\/b> for you to complete about your fianc\u00e9-fun, easy, and it helps me capture your relationship in the writing.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"DSC01019\"\n\t\t\t\t\"Lovenotesceremonies4\"\n\t

On the day<\/h3>\n

I’ll arrive early with my wireless PA system, connect with your coordinator and photographer, and make sure everything’s ready. I’ll welcome guests, keep your partner calm, and guide everyone right up to the moment we celebrate the best part-you getting married, with all the feels!<\/p>\n\t

After the ceremony<\/h3>\n

Within a week, I’ll lodge your paperwork with Births, Deaths & Marriages and order your Official Marriage Certificate<\/b> (the one you’ll need for proof of marriage or name changes) an course touch base and see how your both doing after the best day of your life!<\/p>\n
